If you are new to Muay Thai or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (or would like to revisit the most fundamental aspects of the arts before getting back into training), our intro courses are designed to be the perfect beginning to your new journey!

All equipment is provided, you are training in a small group of other individuals with similar goals and fitness levels, and you are truly setting yourself up for success.

Since introducing these programs, both the satisfaction and technical development of our beginners has skyrocketed.

Groups are limited to 8 participants to ensure the highest level of instruction is maintained.

These courses are designed to be extremely safe, without any compromise of quality learning.
